We have come a long way from the humble beginning of the World Wide Web as the first browser. Soon NCSA Mosaic, Netscape’s Mozilla and Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (IE) joined the bandwagon, with Google too adding to party with Chrome. It was IE and Mozilla with various upgrades and simple user interface that captured internet users. But, all this while another browser Opera was on a silent song.
Similar to other browsers Opera also offers a host of functions and utilities like the multiple tabs and yeah with thumbnail preview. You can have up to nine web pages bookmarked in the preview tab and always view those when you open a new tab.
A fully loaded internet browser, Opera includes pop-up blocking, tabbed browsing, integrated searches, and advanced functions like Opera’s ground breaking E-mail program, RSS Newsfeeds and IRC chat. The interface is simple and neat, and you can customize the look and content of your Opera browser with just a few clicks from your mouse.
Your favorite sites are just a click away at all times, and you can also instantly reopen recently closed tabs. Opera remembers not only the titles and addresses, but also the actual content of the Web pages you visit.
The only drawback about this browser is that it is not so good at releasing memory when you clear the cache / delete data, and the only other way to reclaim all the memory is to restart Opera.
