There are many hidden programs within windows itself,those are least known to many of us or less used.I’m just listing few of them and will keep you updated in upcoming posts.

1.Use of msconfig

If you go to Run or start search and type msconfig,one window will open showing the System configuration.
It will keep  your computer booting and running smoothly,where you can view and edit the list of programs and services that start with your computer.In tools tabs you can find the various administering programs like System Restore,Computer Management,Registry Editor etc.Press any one of them where you can get the command for that particular program in the selected command(bottom).Suppose if your command like …../taskmgr.exe type taskmgr in Run,you will see the appropriate window opens showing the related Information.

Make your Computer startup faster :

The catch of using msconfig is making your computer startup faster by checking your “No GUI boot” option in Boot tab.Hope it will work in all windows system.

2.Protect your files from being deleted accidentally

What you do if you lose your important data by being deleted by you or someone accidentally.It hurts right? don’t worry, to protect your files from this incidents make your file Read only. To do this,you need to right click on your file in appropriate folder,go to properties and  enable the option’ ‘Read Only’.That’s it, your file is safe now.

3.Computer Shortcuts
